Inventory & Counts

Inventory

Go to Inventory to see stock across every product and warehouse. Each row shows Product, SKU, Warehouse, Qty on Hand, Reorder Point, and a status badge: OK, Low (at or below reorder point), or Out (zero).

Click Adjust on a row to change the quantity — enter a positive number to add stock or a negative number to subtract, then click Apply. The same dialog carries a Reorder Point field, so you can set the threshold that drives the Low badge and the Low Stock report from here rather than having to ask for it to be configured.

Inventory Counts

Inventory Counts reconciles a physical stock take against what the system thinks you hold. Start a count for a warehouse, enter the quantities you actually counted, and applying the count sets on-hand inventory to match.

  1. Go to Inventory Counts and click New count, choosing the warehouse being counted.
  2. Use Add line to add each product you're counting. The expected quantity is filled in automatically from that warehouse's current on-hand figure, so the variance RSO records against your counted number is meaningful.
  3. Enter the counted quantity per line and review the variances.
  4. Apply the count to write the adjustments through to stock on hand.
