Dashboard

The dashboard gives a snapshot of your operation. The KPI cards are live counts of what you hold right now rather than figures for a period, while the activity panels below them follow the date range you select.

Date range

The range selector at the top offers This/Last Week, This/Last Month, This Quarter, This/Last Year, or a Custom range. It drives the New Sales Orders and New Purchase Orders panels, so you can ask how much came in this week without it being mixed in with everything before it. The KPI cards below are unaffected — a stock level has no period.

KPI cards

  • Products — number of active products. Click through to the Products list.
  • Warehouses — number of active warehouses.
  • Customers — number of active customers.
  • Vendors — number of active vendors.
  • Stock Value — total inventory value at cost, summed across every warehouse (quantity × cost price, for products that have a cost price set). Click through to Inventory.
  • Low Stock — count of product/warehouse combinations at or below their reorder point. The card turns orange when this is above zero. Click through to Inventory.

Quick actions

Below the KPI cards, four shortcut buttons jump straight to the most common tasks: Add Product, View Inventory, Add Customer, and Add Vendor.

Choosing what to show

Click Customize to hide any of the dashboard's nine panels individually. The choice is saved per person, so each member of your team can keep the dashboard focused on the part of the operation they actually work in.
