RS1 Application Guide PREVIEW
Learn how to use RedSmart One across Accounting, Operations, centralized Capture, and permission-gated Workflow Settings.
Last updated: October 8, 2026 · Reflects RS1 v1.7.0
What is RS1?
RS1 (RedSmart One) provides one authenticated workspace for opening RedSmart Accounting, RedSmart Operations, centralized document Capture, and settings that are available to your account.
Accounting and Operations continue to own their product records and permissions. RS1 does not merge those products or make one product's role an automatic grant to another workspace.
For product-specific tasks, open the RSA guide or RSO guide.
