RedSmart Booking Privacy Policy

RedSmart Booking is scheduling software from RedSmart Consultants LLC ("RedSmart", "we"). Businesses ("providers") use it to take appointments, and their customers use it to book, change and cancel those appointments at rsb.redsmart.org. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Customers: your name, mobile phone number, email address if you give one, the appointments you book, and any note you add.
• Providers and their staff: account name, email, sign-in details, business details, services, hours, policies and the bookings they manage.
• Technical data: basic logs, such as IP address, browser and time of request, kept to run the service securely and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To make, confirm, change and cancel your appointment, and to share it with the provider you booked with.
• To send you text messages and emails about your booking: the confirmation, changes, cancellation and sign-in codes for My bookings. See the Texting Terms.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share your phone number only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only to deliver them.

Who we share it with

• The provider you book with, who sees your booking and contact details so they can serve you. Each provider handles its own records and policies.
• Service providers that run the service for us: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Twilio (text messages) and Resend (email). They process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for as long as the provider needs it for its records and as long as the law requires, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• In My bookings you can see your bookings, download a copy of your information or ask for it to be deleted.
• You can also email support@redsmartcorp.com to access, correct or delete your information.

Children

RedSmart Booking is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
