RedSmart Booking Terms of Service

These terms apply to RedSmart Booking, scheduling software provided by RedSmart Consultants LLC ("RedSmart", "we") at rsb.redsmart.org. By booking an appointment or using a provider account, you agree to them.
What RedSmart Booking is
RedSmart Booking lets businesses ("providers") publish their services and take appointments, and lets their customers book, change and cancel those appointments. RedSmart provides the scheduling software only. We are not a party to the service you book.
For customers
- The provider you book with delivers the service and sets its own prices, cancellation, late-cancellation and no-show terms. They are shown before you book.
- You pay the provider directly. RedSmart Booking never takes card details or payments.
- Give accurate contact details. We use your mobile number to text you about your booking, as described in the Texting Terms.
- Questions about the service itself, refunds or charges go to the provider.
For providers
- Keep your sign-in details private and your business information, services, hours and policies accurate.
- Use customer information only to serve those customers and in line with applicable law. Do not use RedSmart Booking to send marketing.
- You are responsible for the services you provide and for your own policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no false bookings, no attempts to access other people's information, no interference with the service, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts or block bookings that break these terms.
Availability
We work to keep RedSmart Booking available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties, and we may change or pause features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RedSmart is not liable for the services providers deliver, for missed or delayed messages, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Estos términos se aplican a RedSmart Booking, el software de reservas que ofrece RedSmart Consultants LLC ("RedSmart", "nosotros") en rsb.redsmart.org. Al reservar una cita o usar una cuenta de proveedor, usted los acepta.
Qué es RedSmart Booking
RedSmart Booking permite a los negocios ("proveedores") publicar sus servicios y recibir citas, y a sus clientes reservar, cambiar y cancelar esas citas. RedSmart solo ofrece el software de reservas. No somos parte del servicio que usted reserva.
Para clientes
- El proveedor con quien reserva presta el servicio y fija sus propios precios y condiciones de cancelación, cancelación tardía y ausencia. Se muestran antes de reservar.
- Usted paga directamente al proveedor. RedSmart Booking nunca recibe datos de tarjetas ni pagos.
- Dé datos de contacto correctos. Usamos su celular para enviarle mensajes sobre su reserva, como se explica en los Términos de mensajes de texto.
- Las preguntas sobre el servicio, reembolsos o cobros se dirigen al proveedor.
Para proveedores
- Mantenga privados sus datos de acceso y correcta la información de su negocio, servicios, horarios y políticas.
- Use la información de los clientes solo para atenderlos y conforme a la ley aplicable. No use RedSmart Booking para enviar mercadeo.
- Usted es responsable de los servicios que presta y de sus propias políticas.
Uso aceptable
No haga mal uso del servicio: nada de reservas falsas, intentos de acceder a información de otras personas, interferencias con el servicio ni usos ilegales. Podemos suspender cuentas o bloquear reservas que incumplan estos términos.
Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que RedSmart Booking esté disponible y sea seguro, pero se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías, y podemos cambiar o pausar funciones.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, RedSmart no es responsable de los servicios que prestan los proveedores, de mensajes perdidos o demorados, ni de pérdidas indirectas derivadas del uso del software.

Cambios
Si cambiamos estos términos, actualizaremos la fecha al inicio de esta página. Seguir usando el servicio significa que acepta los términos actualizados.
